ECTOPLASMS

Homemade performance in an apartment at Exarcheia by Nova Melancholia.

The performance is a particular homemade "poetry night" during which all poems from the Miltos Sachtouris collection Ectoplasms (1986) are recited. A farewell at the '80s through poems that call upon dear dead ones, with songs played on keyboards, with cheap b-movies horror scenes...
 
It is an exercise of habituation with horror.
Our helpers are the endeared dead ones.
